I'm newly married for a 3 months now and sure I had several unprotected intercourse

It is an infected lesion either an infected hair follicle with cellulitis or if you can feel a nodule underneath can be a lymph node. It doesn't look like a STD.
You would require an antibiotic, either local like Mupirocin (Bactroban ) or a systemic antibiotic.
