Question : I have mild pain in the groine area and there is a boil beside it.
it isn't painful but I'm worried

Brief Answer:
An infected lesion.

Detailed Answer:
It is an infected lesion either an infected hair follicle with cellulitis or if you can feel a nodule underneath can be a lymph node. It doesn't look like a STD.
You would require an antibiotic, either local like Mupirocin (Bactroban ) or a systemic antibiotic.
