                                    Brief Answer:
Cocygodynia is the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
The suffering you are going through that is pain and swelling at the tail bone area is medically known as Coccygodynia.I have few suggestions for you-
1.Rest in lying down position and avoid prolong sitting that is not more than 20-25minutes.
2.Once the pain is reduced then you may take sitzs bath, that is to sit in tub of lukewarm water.
3.Ibuprofen along with trypsin/chymotrypsin helps in reduction of pain and swelling.
4.Avoid jerky rides.
Is there any reddish to bluish discoloration over there?
Looking forward to your reply to help you better.
Take care
