Question : My daughter has s rash with black spots in the middle along with pea size bumps under the skin. She is at school away from home. The rash stings and burns.

The rash is on one shoulder. It is not filled with water. It hurts and burns. She has had it for several days. The bumps are under the skin on her neck and several more have appeared since yesterday.

Thanks for the details.
it is lookng like prurigo.
Just apply a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone twice a day for 7 day
also give an anti histamine syrup like cetrizine daily in night for 7 days.
She will get relief.
