Question : Hi I am 12 weeks pregnant and am having slight cramping its not like hunched over in pain cramps just uncomfortable just wondering if it is normal

The mild cramps in the lower abdomen during pregnancy can be intestinal cramps due to gas and indigestion, urinary infection or mild contractions of the uterus. If there is no associated bleeding or the pain is not very severe then there is no need to worry. You can avoid hot and spicy foods to reduce the chances of gas and indigestion.
Taking rest will help in reducing the pain.
