Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and I understand your concern. Generalised body pain and cramps specially on one side with hearing difficulty and vision difficulty all for one day should be evaluated for any neurological or vascular insufficiency like TIA or XXXXXXX stroke etc.

If ruled out for that, the description would be merely a musculoskeletal pain with assessment of auditory and visual functions. Inability to focus with no prior history of ADHD may make psychological causes like stress etc a possibility.

Nutshell, the symptoms are quite vague and may point towards many possibilities. There is only one way to narrow it down. Get evaluated, let them run some labs and connect the dots and see what comes up.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Brief Answer:
Visit an internist / PCP

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

A good start would be to visit an internist and let them clinically correlate and sort it out with the labs by ordering it. If referral is needed they will refer you to the concerned specialist.

I hope it helps.
