Need to get examined clinically

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has painful erection and bending of penis on erection .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does he have normal erection before two months ?
2) Was he able to penetrate vagina during sexual intercourse ?
3) Does he have palpable hard lump in shaft of the penis?
4) Does the lump in testicle located in scrotal wall or Epididymis ?

Painful erection with bending of penis is commonly due to presence of plaque in Tunica Albugenia a sheath that covers erectile bodies(Corpora Cavernosa). However this needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and by doing Ultrasound Scanning of Penis .

Go ahead and consult qualified Urologist and get scanning of penis done .

As regards swelling in scrotum if it is in scrotal wall it could be a Sebaceous Cyst .If it is in close to testicle it is likely to be Epididymal Cyst .This would be confirmed by Urologist while doing complete clinical assessment .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
After your information I feel that your husband do not have serious problem in terms of erection. Since he is able to penetrate easily I am not worried though recommend an examination. The lump is soft on the penis which means it should be arising from the vasculature of the penis. An Ultrasound would confirm this. As I said earlier if the swelling is on the scrotum it is easily treatable, if it is attached inside to the epididymis it should be a cyst and needs to be aspirated or excision.

I am not sure of the cost of an Ultrasound of Penis in your country.

I am undergoing a planned surgery would not be able to answer you sooner in case you have further questions.
