Brief Answer:
Need further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
I have gone through your details carefully. I feel that you are suffering from sinusitis. This is the reason for recurrence.

You can confirm the diagnosis by getting a CT-PNS ( paranasal sinuses) and also an examination by an ENT specialist to rule out any deviated nasal septum.

To resolve the inflammation due to sinusitis, you will need a course of antibiotics like a combination of Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid 500 mg to be taken twice a day for 5 days. Also you may take a pain killer like naproxen sodium for the headache.
You can obtain these medications after getting a prescription from a local doctor.
You will also need a steroid nasal spray (like mometasone nasal spray) after confirmation of diagnosis.

Thus, i suggest you get an evaluation at the earliest so that further course of action can be decided.
Regards.
