Brief Answer:
Seems nerve problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query.

Pain in both sides of the hands can be either due to muscular problem or bone problem or nerve related problem .
Muscle problem could be due to excessive work or strain or even fever can cause this.
Bone problem very unlikely as it's been there only 4 days.
But the kind of distribution of pain points more towards nerve problem . Most likely nerve compression might be happening at your neck level.
If I were your doctor I would have given pain killer with muscle relaxants for a week and would have watched for 1 week . If no improvements then a nerve conduction study of both upper limb will be advised.
I advise you ask your doctor for a prescription of pain killers with muscle relaxants use it for a week and revert back if pain persists.

Any doubts feel free to ask.Happy to help.
