Question : Sir i am XXXXXX i have a heatboils in above pennies on the blood veins last four days back. That is very painful i scared it is any hiv infection may be?

It is good if you can send clear photos and details.
Otherwise I would opine it as likely folliculitis and would have suggested topical antibiotics like mupirocin or fucidin and oral analgesic like brufen may be taken after food.
