Do you feel difficulty in sitting on floor, Squatting?

Brief Answer:
It is chondromalacia of joints

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
I have not received your investigation and you have not told me which joints are most painful. I assume that you are talking about knee joint.
Pain on sitting, cracking sound and short time stiffness suggest that this is early softening of cartilage of knee joint. It is also called chondromalacia patellae. I can assure you that this is not a very dangerous condition . You will be completely fine if you follow below mentioned steps.
1. Discuss with physiotherapist and learn static quadriceps exercise.
2. For my patients with such problems I advice Tablet Dicerin 100 mg daily for 3 months and carnisure tablet for 3 months.
3. Avoid squatting and cross leg sitting.
4. Do not run on incline surface or hard surface.Avoid jogging.
This condition will improve in 4 to 6 months.
If it is possible for you send me blood reports . Let me know if you want to ask any thing else. Thanks and take care.
