Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection or epididmytis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

It appears that your partner is suffering from urinary tract infection or epidmyditis. How many days antibiotics had he taken as UTI requires at least 2 weeks treatment. I would suggest few tests like urinalysis, urine culture and sensitivity for aerobic bacteria. If there is any discharge get gram staining and culture sensitivity for aerobic bacteria. Also get molecular tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea done. The treatment will be advised according to the test results with proper antibiotics. Remember to collect early morning urine sample for examination. Get at least 3 consecutive days tests done. Till the results drink plenty of water daily.
