I have gone through your query and understand your concern.You are likely to be having lumbar spondylosis as it is common in your age which may be causing pain in butt and back of thighs. It can be confirmed by x ray of lumbar spine. glucosamine is helpful.Analgesic such as ibuprofen in helpful in pain relief. You pain may also be due to deficiencies of vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. So you can get your vitamin D and B 12 levels. If found low you can take their supplements and supplements of calcium and magnesium.
