                                            increased compartment pressure, nerve entrapment
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Welcome to HCM
As I can understand here the major compliant is of feeling of tightening at the wrist with numbness and pain in the two fingers. And fullness of vein.
We need to suspect conditions such as high compartment pressure, nerve entrapment at wrist, etc.
In order to have a detailed insight of your clinical picture I may require some additional information. Therefore my questions to you are
1) You said there is pain in fingers. Tell me if the pain is more on movement, and what happens to pain in rest?
2) is the numbness also associated with tingling "pins-and-needles" sensations?
3) is there associated tenderness over the wrist, forearm, fingers?
4) how was the onset? Sudden or slow? The condition has progressed and worsening gradually over slow period?
5) any co morbid rheumatic or medical condition, stiffness at wrist and in fingers in morning?
6) lastly, any history of fall, injury, etc
I can understand the list of questions can appears bit lengthy for you, however they are essential to narrow down to few specific conditions.
Meanwhile for pain I would suggest analgesic over the tab counter medications like ibuprofen to be taken as required but not more than thrice a day.
If the pain is unbearable or extremely severe it is advisable to consult a local surgeon urgently.
Kindly revert back with the information.
Regards
Dr Pankaj
