Question : hi I have has a painful penis erection for 10 hours haven't had sex just came on late last night

Brief Answer: You have what is called as Pripism. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have painful erection since last 10 hours without any sexual stimulation . This is called as Priapism and needs to treated immediately. Please go to emergency room immediately for for following necessary tests and further treatment. 1) Gas analysis of penile blood 2) Ultrasound scanning of the blood . further treatment will depend upon whether you have low blood flow priapism or High blood flow priapism. In the meanwhile pack your penis with ice packs till you go to emergency room.
