Question : the tip of my penis hurts and it oozes white stuff. im 20 yeard old and am very sexually active. I take testosterone boosters for my workout regimen. and help?

okay so I had to pee extremely bad and i had sex like 5 days ago, but was fighting from peeing and cumming. so it was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my stomach. and only have had one sex partner for the last month. about 90% of the time unprotected sex. about 12 times a week. it happened like 3 days ago when I noticed it. and has been oozing less and less everyday. no ulcers/lecions/redness or anything. the tip only turns red after I pee becuase it burns when I pass urine. buf doesnt hurt during sex/ ejaculation.

Thanks for the additional information. Seems to me like a case of Non-gonococcal Urethritis.

-Is the oozing from the urethral orifice XXXXXXX purulent/pus OR is it clear discharge/transparent in nature?
-Does your sexual partner suffer from vaginal discharge or vulval pruritus?

I would suggest in such a case a single dose of Azithromycin 1gm tablet.

Avoid cleaning with soaps or any thing harsh. Use just plain water for cleansing.

where can I get that azithromycin tablet? and Its a milky white sibstance. and no I dont think she suffers from a discharge of and sort.
