Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
You have sent very clear image. After seeing that image, it seems that they are "Pearly penile papules".
They are normal, commonly seen in age of 15 to 30.It is generally present in 10-20% of population.Gradually decreases on its own after 3rd or 4th decade of life. It has nothing to do with sex, sexually transmitted diseases or cancer.
Do not rub it or try to remove it.By doing so you might damage your glans skin and chance of infection. So just relax and accept it as normal variant.

Dr.Chintan Solanki.

whether it transmitted to other part of penis , also whether it will affect my girl she is more sad about this and whether we can do fu and su
Brief Answer:
No transmission at all to penis or partner
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
Just understand that you do not have any disease or infection. It is only physiological variant. So not at all any chance of transmission to your partner. Its area is also restricted to rim of glans base. It is not going to spread to other part of penis.
I do not get about FU and SU. I guess you are talking about some sexual activity. Please clarify so I can answer you properly for that.
Regards.
