Question: My husband has a rash that has the appearance of splinters on the pads of his fingers and his hands. The pads of his fingers are sensitive to touch and causes him pain. He also has the rash on his hands and fingers as well. His hands get a numb feeling at times do to it. He works in the woods hauling logs for a timber company. He has to trim the limbs on the logs he hauls.
