Brief Answer:
Nasal endoscopy and CT scan is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

I can certainly understand your concern.

As per your symptoms, the possibility of nasal polyps and/or deviated septum is high.

There issues can occasionally cause bloody nasal discharge.

It's advisable to get a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses to decide further course of action.

Likewise a nasal endoscopy is also required to document bleeding lesions if any.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Meanwhile, I prescribe oral pills tab Levocetrizine one pill a day and AUGMENTIN antibiotic for 3 days.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
