Question : i am having painful spasms just below my solarplex what could this be and should i go to an urgent care? YYYY@YYYY

Since you are having painful spasms just below your solar plexus i would advise you to do go to the ER and do an X ray of your upper digestive system.
The painful spasms could be due to stomach ulcers.
I will advise you to take proton pump inhibitor gruop of drugs before food with your doctors advise which will reduce stomach acid by blocking the action of the parts of cells that produce acid and heal your ulcers.
