Brief Answer:
Suggestive of throat infection or inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for your reply.
She needs to be examined by a doctor preferably an ENT specialist as she is having change of voice, throat pain, not able to swallow the foods. The possibility of either tonsillitis or laryngitis is suspected.
Meanwhile, give her steam inhalation from a bowl of hot water, rest her voice (she should not talk too much) as much as possible and let he drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Tab or supension of Ibuprofen 200 mg 3 times daily after giving some milk or juice will be effective in reducing the painful swallowing. She may also need a course of antibiotic like Amoxicillin+Clavulanic acid combination for at least 7 days if the inflamation is due to infection.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful in getting her proper treatment.
Regards.
