Most likely you have an infection of the breast. There might be an abscess. If so, some hardness should be palpable. You may have fever with it. If there is a trace of blood with the discharge, benign tumor can be the case.
I suggest you to visit your doctor and have breasts ultrasound done. In case of abscess, it should be drained. Antibiotic might be necessary as well.
