Brief Answer:
Yes You Should....

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

I've seen the attached picture, and in view of your recent dental query, an abscess is quite likely (however do note that there can be an underlying acute allergic manifestation too which can present in such way)..

Yes, it's looking quite concerning, you should go to the ER for immediate check-up and interventions (you may require steroid shots along with antibiotics for the underlying abscess/infection).. depending on the examination results, there may be a need for an incision and drainage of the abscess also..

Please don't try to drive on your own and call for help, let some one accompany you (alternatively you can call up 911/urgent care for an immediate emergency medical assistance)..

Please don't panic, but do this needful, with timely intervention, it's just a matter of time till you get better..

Do let me know how stay in the due course..

Wish you good health

Take Care
Kind Regards
