Brief Answer:
You seem to have injured ligaments

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXX,

You seem to have injured ligaments over shoulder joint. At your age, minor injuries can easily cause fractures or dislocations.

Painless passive movements and restricted active movement is a sign of tendon injury. My first choice would be an orthopedic consultation. If it is not immediately possible, you may be benefited by anti inflammatory drugs (like brufen) and total joint and arm rest.

Hope this helps.
