Question : Hi I have a UTI and was advised that I could consult with webmd and possibly get some antibiotics. I have pain and burning with urination, minor back pain and I used an at home test strip that showed positive for lukisites.

From what you have described it sounds like you may be dealing with a true urinary tract infection. This is caused by bacteria which cause irritation of the inside of the bladder or urethra. Sometimes this is also associated with fevers or sometimes blood in the urine.
