as described in details down
Detailed Answer:
HI.
Thanks for an elucidate history.
Noted your Medical History which says about previous surgeries and
high blood pressure (which is normal).
Since When have got this problem of
constipation and hurting at pee?
Is it since the previous surgeries or just recently?
If this is recent , it can be related to the
cough and the constipation. The straining at both could have caused the problem with the sphincter( which is single in females). That in turn can cause hurting at pee. The pain causes incomplete evacuation of the bladder and gives the feeling of fullness and falling down.
In addition the constipation / impacted feces also pressed on the bladder-neck casing the similar problem.
Taking a laxative and/or
enema will remove this cause. Taking good
anti-tussive (cough syrup) will help in no straining. Please see that it does not contain
codeine as it causes constipation.
Take time to pass the urine try to relax- Try to avoid straining so that the edema does not increase.
If this is of a long standing and has started after the surgeries , the cause is obviously
cystocele meaning the bladder has fallen down per-vagina. This needs to be checked by the Gynecologist on real inspection under vision particularly on straining. If this is present , you are required to undergo the Corrective surgery- repair of the cystocele.
