What Causes Painful Urination And Swollen Lymph Nodes After Having Sex?
Question: Had sex with girl that was 18. Never seen nothin until last time had sex seen red areas on penis. I have pic. Swollen lymph nodes and pain urination. Went to er. Negative urinalysis and cat scan. Took doxycycline pain went away nodes swelling decreased and red spots decreasing

Once again I welcome you to HCM.
I saw the picture sent by you. The lesions were superficial.
They do not fit with Syphilis or Chancroid.
Two possibilities are there.
1. Abrasions during sex due friction due to either dry vagina or hasty insertion a wrong direction or position with super added mild secondary bacterial infection..
2. Genital Herpes sometimes manifest like this.
A close and direct inspection will be of use to come to a conclusion regarding the diagnosis.
Negative urine analysis reveal that your urinary tract is free from any infection.
If you have still burning sensation during urination, then consume more water not less than 3 liters per day. You will be alright. Swollen lymph nodes may be associated with abrasion and secondary infection and also in Genital herpes.
Anyhow sexual abstinence is a must till complete healing occurs. Consult a Dermatovenereologist and get cured.

Her vagina was dry and i forced myself in and out painfully due to drinking . Every time we had sex it was dry n painful
