What Causes Painful Urination And White Heads On The Genitals?

Problems from friction.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Is it ok to assume that your penis did not make contact with her genitals? Were you wearing underwear at the time?
If you did not make contact with her genitals, the sore and pain on urinating might be from irritation from friction. It's possible that you have a mild urinary tract infection from bacteria that you might have picked up from skin or cloth. With a urinary tract infection, there is usually urinary urgency and frequency and pain with urinating. If it is mild, it may resolve with increased water consumption, as you've been doing, and many people swear by drinking cranberry juice. I have seen this be very helpful. Best to get a cranberry juice concentrate and reconstitute it yourself with water and a bit of apple juice. This way you avoid guzzling large amounts of sugar from Ocean Spray type cranberry juice. It will be very tart.
If the urinary symptoms get worse or doesn't get better, and if you develop any chills, fever, or flank (back near sides) area pain, then do go in to have your urine and prostate checked and you may need an antibiotic then.
If the urinary pain is only when the urine passes out of the penis, this may be due to irritation of the end of the penis from the friction, and water and cranberry won't help as much as time and avoidance of further irritation until it heals. But something like this usually resolves within a day or two.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.

If there was oral sex, then there is a slight (but very low) chance of HSV I, even if she didn't have active cold sores. But herpes doesn't look like white heads. It looks like clear vesicles that then burst and leave ulcers/scabs that heal.
When I mentioned about the prostate, it was only because prostatitis can sometimes cause pain with urination. But in this situation it's more likely either a mild bladder infection or local irritation from the friction.
Overall, your risk of an STD here is low.

Your welcome!
