Brief Answer:
It could be UTI or Urinary stones.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thank you for your question.
It is not normal to have pain when you pee. It could be one of two things - Either infection, called Urinary tract infection(UTI) or stones in your urinary tract. If you could tell me your age and sex I could better advice you. I would also need to know whether you have had any diseases in the past and whether you are on any medicines for any conditions as also whether you have undergone any surgeries in the past.
For the UTI, you should undergo Urine tests RE, ME and culture. Also get a blood test CBC and Blood sugar fasting test done and an Ultrasound of the abdomen and KUB. You can approach your Doctor or GP for the tests. With the test results I could suggest what all treatment you need.
Since UTI is the commonest problem leading to such complaints, you would need a course of antibiotics for about two weeks. We would start antibiotics like Tab Norfloxacin 400mg twice a day. Also increase your fluid intake to treat this condition.
Take care and do let me know the answers to the above questions.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
