Question: I have a heavy feeling in my vagina area like a lot of pressure, painful after sex and foul odour I'm over 50 yrs old.

Brief Answer: Possible genital (vaginal) infection... Detailed Answer: Hi, The symptoms you are having are related to genital (vaginal) infection. I suggest to do a vaginal swab testing, urine analysis and transvaginal ultrasound to determine the infection and get properly treated. The treatment will include oral antibiotics together with local (vaginal) ovules to ease the symptoms. I advise to: - schedule an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible to start treatment in time - keep a good hygiene of your genitalia - wash your genitalia immediately after having sex - avoid intercourse while on treatment - ask your partner to get treated as well Hope it was of help!
