Question : I have had a painless bump on my penis for 5 days now. It is not an open sore. Im worried it is syphilis. I have had protected vaginal sex 2 months ago but unprotected oral sex. I had a blood test 1 week after that sexual encounter and i was negative. So, im not sure if it is syphilis or just a genital wart. It is soft and i dont notice any swollen lymph nodes. Was the blood test conclusive? It has been two months sine i had sex. The bump is on my penis shaft.
Brief Answer:
Supportive care
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Bumps on penis are mostly benign and self resolving. it just needs supportive care , dont pop, poke or pick these bumps, maintain a good hygiene and avoid sweating down there, wear loose undergarments preferably of cotton and keep the area hair free. With negative STDs test which are conclusive for sure , its not STDs nor warts. No worries. Hang in there, these bumps will self resolve in a week or two.
I hope it helps Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
