Brief Answer:
Lipoma or sebaceous cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
The painless lump on the buttock can be:
A lipoma
A sebaceous cyst

Out of these the lipoma is free off the skin and can be moved in any direction, has a typical firm consistency and not at all tender.

The Sebaceous cyst is attached to the skin by the duct hence limits the movement and a spot of the blocked duct is usually visible.

I hope this answers your query.
