Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Painless hematuria at age of 72 has multiple causes both inflammatory, infectious, hematological, kidney related, bladder related.

A good start will be to get urine routine exam, followed by further workup on the basis of urine routine results. if it's a simple UTI , you will get some antibiotics. You need a complete clinical correlation and management accordingly.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
