Brief Answer:
it may indicate some liver and bowel disorders

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

In most cases this is just temporarily sign of certain diet or some type of enterocolitis and it should pass in short time. However,if it persist, then some liver disorders such as bike duct Obstruction or some small bowel diseases such as coeliac disease, should be considered.so you need to rule these out.

Wish you good health.
