Question : My urine is pale yellow, but has a strong order should I be worried ?

I have gone through your query. It can be due to inadequate intake of water or due to infection. So better to go for an urine routine test to rule out that.

You can take barley water or cranberry juice to alkalizing the urine. In case of infection antibiotics will be needed.
