Brief Answer:
I do not think it is low testosterone

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for uusing Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns. Loss of sense of well being, feeling of panic and anxiety attacks indicate possibility of low serotonin rather than low testosterone. As you might be knowing that depression, anxiety and panic attacks are related to each other at biochemical level in the brain and respond to same sort of medications like SSRI group of antidepressants as well as TCA and SNRI group.

Loss of motivation is very vague symptom and can occur in variety of conditions ranging from depression to any physical illness. Correlating without evidence to low testosterone have ground unless you know testosterone level.

In my opinion it will be better to see a psychiatrist as soon as possible for treatment of these related conditions. It is quite possible that treatment of these psychiatric elements you will feel equally energetic and adventurous in future.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Please get the report from laboratory to confirm/rule out

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

In this situation it will be appropriate if you can get serum testosterone from nearby laboratory. It is simple test which can determine the level of serum total testosterone as well as free testosterone.

Thanks and regards.
