Brief Answer:
About silent thyroiditis;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
Silent thyroiditis has only one hyperthyroid or overactive phase (manifested with tachycardia, palpitations, sweating, anxiety ect.).
Once recuperated it does not repeat again but in some cases may be followed by hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid that may be permanent.
So to be sure that the thyroid function is normal you should check TSH again.
Panick attack is ot a typical symptom of any phase of silent thyroiditis. I would recommend to see a physician in person about it.
Wish you good health.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
