Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Paraneoplastic syndrome is caused by symptoms and involvement of body due to immune mediated injury secondary to malignancy at some distant site.
Paraneoplastic myelitis is suspected when other etiologies of myelitis are ruled out and some evidence of malignancy is present.
You should provide more clinical details and previous reports which will allow me to comment further.
