Question : Hi Doctor,
I am XXXXXXX 33 yrs old male. I see from last one week that skin in my hand ( especially in fingers ) is peeling off. It has happened to me many times in my life time. But this time it is little severe. I have changed my soap last month. That is the only variable I remember that is changed from my lifestyle.
It would be helpful if you can explain this phenomenon and reason. I have attached some photographs for your view.
Thanks and Regards,
XXXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Contact dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like contact dermatitis.
Probably soap is the cause of that.
Stop using that soap.
Apply desonide cream for 15 days in night and a moisturizer in day.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
