Question : What is causing my Lips and around the lips to peel and parts of lips are split. I can send photos? Has been in the last week. . Every other day used hydrocortisone and clotrimazole. For dryness applied XXXXXXX butter or coconut oil.

How can I heal?

I have reviewed the images.

In the image it seems like the area is very dry and irritated i.e red and scaly.

I suggest you to continue with the moisturizer twice daily.

You may use just plain topical hydrocortisone 1% cream twice daily rather than using it every other day.

Avoid soaps.
