Question : I had a miscarriage on October 11. I was 7 weeks pregnant. I had my first period about 30 days later and just finished it this weekend. I have had pain in my right ovary throughout my period and it is still throbbing today. Not sure if this is normal or ok.. Or a sign of sow thing scary. I really want to be pregnant again and am worried I won't ovulate this month.

Some amount of pelvic pain is common during your period.
Ovulation maybe erratic for a month or two following a miscarriage.
I don't think you should worry.
I hope you had an ultrasound scan after the miscarriage to confirm that it was complete and nothing got left over.
