it may be genito-urinary tract infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It may be genito-urinary tract infection. Unprotected sexual intercourse might play a role in such case.
I will encourage him to visit a doctor nearby where the discharge and urine can be tested through urine routine and microscopy. This will help us arrive at the cause of discharge. Further antibiotic course without the test is not ideally recommended.
So my suggestion will be to see a local physician and get the tests done. If infection is present, he can subsequently undergo culture and sensitivity.
Until then, he can take plenty of water orally. This will flush his urinary tract. Avoid unprotected sexual intercourse.
Hope this helpful.

Take care.
