Question : I had protected sex with a female around 3 weeks ago. I am sure the condom did not break. Next morning I saw discharge from penis and took 2 gram of Azithromycin (advised by a doctor on phone) for 3 days. There was no pain or burning sensation during urination. However, the discharge didnt go away completely.
I visited a doctor next and he said it could be chlamydia or gonorrea. So he gave me a shot (i forgot the name of the medicine) and asked me to repeat the course of Azithromycin (2 gm over 3 days). On 4th day, the discharge had reduced but not completely disappeared. The doctor then asked me to take a 7 day course of Dioxycyclin. I am on 3rd day of that course, however, I noticed quite a bit of discharge today morning and there are many red dots on my penis. There is no pain or sensation as such. I am very scared as to what it is. Please help.

Brief Answer:
Get investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It can be gonorrhea however confirmation of diagnosis is important .
Get a routine urine and urine culture tests done.
Also get blood sugar levels checked and a gram staining of urethral discharge.
Continue with doxycycline and apply ointment mupirocine on penis head.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
