Question : hi, Dr, I have no sensation when I masturbate, no sensation at the end of my penis.can'tbring get to ejaclate could I have nerve damage and is there that can be done to get it back thank you

I read your question and i understand your concern. Masturbation is not wise as it reduces the sensation by deregulation of nerves in glans penis. Masturbation should be considered only in necessary cases that too once a week for bachelor or once a month for married fellows. Anything more than that will lead to such performance issues , upon discontinuation of which sensations will be back.
