Question : I had prostrate surgery 5 years ago. Why does it still hurt after ejaculation?

I am so sorry to hear about this pain you still experience following ejaculation several years after your surgery. This is a a recognised long term challenge following prostatectomy. There are no specific medications for this and if the pain/discomfort is tolerable, I will say go with that than seeking pain medications after ejaculation.
