Question : Hi I received unprotected oral sex about 23 days ago from a woman I met. I have been experiencing a penis irritation on and off. I got std tested about 10 days after the incident and everything was fine. I have no warts/bumps/ulcers or discharge. On the underside of my penis head its a little red and is irritated or chafed. Vaseline/hydrocortisone cream has not helped.
