Question : Lately, I've experienced pain in the head of my penis during an erection. Not a really bad pain, but enough to be concerned. I am 61 years old, and take Viagra about once per week to have sex with my wife. I still enjoy sex. I experience the pain with an erection even when I have not taken Viagra.

Hi XXXXXXX Prostate infections can radiate pain into the penis without causing lower abdominal or back pain.

I suggest you get a digital prostate exam and urinalysis from you doctor since this is easily treated with a course of oral antibiotics
