Acctually i got examined wid urologist n he tld me tat he hs tu cut de front skin wic s grown extra on the tip of the penis so am bit worried cos ill der b any prob fr de future sex wid ma wife after marriage......?

May be your doctor is talking about the circumcision procedure. And may be you are having the problem of phimosis in which the tip of foreskin cannot be pulled back and front freely on the head of penis.
