                                    Brief Answer:
A number of causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This could be due to a number of causes. I would recommend that you check on your blood pressure as low blood pressure could be the cause, if found low then you should lay down with your legs above the level of your chest and eat a salty snack. Also, this could be due to static hypotension which can be avoided by getting up from laying down or sitting position slowly.
Another cause could be labrynthitis or otitis media , so I would recommend that you get an ENT examination to exclude that cause.
I hope you find this helpful.
Regards
