Brief Answer:
Ovarian cyst is the most likely cause for pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
The most common cause for such abdominal pain is ovarian cysts. since you have a history of ovarian cysts, this is the most likely cause in your case. Fix an appointment with your Gynecologist for examination. You need to get an ultrasound done.
If ovarian cyst as cause for pain is ruled out , you need to be examined by physician for evidence of irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease etc. If the pain is only on right side then it could be due to appendicitis. Very rarely stone in the ureter can cause such intermittent pain.
As regards Migraine, you need to be evaluated thoroughly by neurologist.
RARELY Mirena can increase the frequency of Migraines. If you feel that the frequency of headaches has increased since Mirena insertion, you can get it removed and use another method of contraception.
I hope this helps. If you have further concerns I will be happy to answer.
