Brief Answer:
Take treatment and get a visiting consultation of a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Back pain is most commonly caused due to muscular spasm. Other common cause in young age may be disc prolapse.
Is there any history of trauma, sudden lifting of heavy weight, urinary complains, fever?
Any history of pain radiation to lower limbs, any weakness in lower limbs or sensation loss?
For diagnosis you need to visit to a neurologist who can examine you in detail and advice medications and investigation accordingly.
Probably you may require an xray of lumbar spine.
Mri may be advised if there is any suspected neurodeficit or possibility of disc prolapse.
For treatment avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, sitting in squatting position, standing or sitting for long hours.
For pain you can take Aceclofenac or etoricoxib with muscle relaxant.
Local pain reliever ointment can also be applied.
Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitryptiline also helps alot.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
